MeFiTu (Mediterranean Forest, Fire and You in Catalan) is an educational project that raises awareness among primary school pupils about the role of fire in Mediterranean ecosystems. Through hands-on workshops, simulations, theatre activities, and field trips, students learn to live with fire, understand its ecological role, the importance of sustainable forest management, and how to prevent and reduce the risk of wildfires.
